[VIDEO] Mos Def - N*ggas in Poorest

A friend of mine hit me on Twitter just now with this video.  I just finished watching it and I must say, even though it's religion driven a bit, the message Mos Def is conveying is real life shit I think most of us can relate to.

Peep the video below:

AUDIO: Ski Beatz 24 Hour Karate School presents Twilight

If you don't know who Ski Beatz is, PLEASE do your homework on him.  He's been a significance in this hip hop game for over 20 yrs and as of this morning has just dropped a new album.  The album is titled "Twilight" and features appearances from Curren$y, Mac Miller, Stalley and more.  If I'm not mistaken, I read via a twitter post he put up that this entire album is a non-sample based album.  Meaning, all the production was implemented via his live band!  SICK!

AUDIO: SRNC presents "Red Carpet (Remake)"

I had an idea and this was the result.  I do hope y'all enjoy...

"We promised ya'll some NEW MUSIC and here it is!
Clew Rock, Scheme, Astonish and Jamal Science got together to knock out a remake of the Red Carpet joint from Evidence's album which was produced by the Alchemist. It's one of the best beats to come out as of recent so the SRNC team decided to re-do it in their own way.
With the help of DJ Scend the click got together at the Shoebox and knocked this joint out as a testing of the waters for the upcoming SRNC EP which will be worked on in the next couple of weeks. This is just the beginning; Enjoy!

AUDIO: Small Professor - Gigantic, Vol 1

So, I was on Twitter just now and saw a post regarding this Gigantic, Vol 1 album and it being one of the most solid things to hit 2012 thus far.  Grant it, we are in the early stages of the year, but yo, I am totally loving the vibe of this album.

Be sure to get familiar with Small Professor and this Gigantic, Vol 1 LP.  This is the type of shit I love hearing...
